    I need help finding the newest offline update files


    I need help finding the newest offline update files My console we are not reset to factory default . when I got up this morning, My console was old and was needing an update per usual so often. So I updated like I normally do
    wet to the shower and got back and there was an error code. Are there proceeded to reset the console by pressing the three buttons method. I chose to first reset and keep my game and apps. But it just stays at 52% in which I think is where it stopped when
    I was in the shower and somehow got messed up. I also tried remove everything from conserve method and it goes to the same update screen where it stays at 52% and goes to the same error screen and goes back to the original screen to ask for reset etc. I
    don’t know but I think it looks like it’s in some kind of loop and it’s not getting past 52% before it gets to an error so I might need the newest off-line update Link To download to a flash drive to manually GIF the consul the update. I don’t know if anyone
    has any suggestions please help me I don’t know what to do

    System Error

    This is an issue caused by corrupt update files. You can fix this by using the offline diagnostic tool. You'll need a USB thumb drive formatted with the NTFS file system. Here are instructions for downloading an offline update file and using it:

    support.xbox.com/.../offline-system-update-diagnostic-tool

    Xbox One System Updates | Offline System Updates

    and follow the steps there and it should eventually lead you to the page that will give you an option to download an offline update to a USB drive.

    Insider Forums     and not the standard Forums.

    This way the Insider team can log and investigate the issue or provide the proper steps to assist you.

    WHERE DO I FIND THE XBOX ONE SYSTEM UPDATE FILE TO UPDATE OFFLINE

    Hi there you will need a usb stick and you need to go onto google and find the files required for the offline update hope this helps :)

    Hello Jonathan, thanks for the update.

    In this situation, I recommend you to perform an offline update instead.

    For this, you need to use a USB drive and a Windows PC to transfer the files required.
