I need help figuring out what is exactly wrong with my disk drive.

My disk drive has trouble reading any game i put into it i just keep getting a "open tray" option, i have to keep opening and closing the tray a numerous amount of times just to get it to finally read and when it does the game plays just fine. Could it be
the laser or maybe the disk is possibly not spinning right away?

Account/Ambassador Issue

My account qualifies for the ambassador program and even shows me having applied and accepted. However, when I go to ambassabank or the academy, it request that I apply. and when I hit apply, it shows I've applied. I need help figuring out what is wrong...

Ok what you need to do is make sure your HDD (Hard Drive Disk) can update it, some HDD's don't meet the requirements for some reason I can't figure out. Try this and if it works then lets all have a =D!

Sorry I could not figure out what is wrong with your Xbox. I would say try the factory reset with the drives disconnected and see what happens.

Senses that's exactly what my brother did,

He borrowed my BF4 disk, installed the game, took it out, and then tried to play it, the xbox asked for the disk or to buy the game from demand, he bought it and started playing,
