    I need help FAST


    so my old xbox account "MDS NingaGinga" is paying month to month for xbox live. the problem I'm having is i can't turn off the auto renewal. this is cause by the email that is used for the account no longer exists. and i can't turn it off because i can't
    sign in. what should i do?

    hello, you can allays go to live.com and see if that lets you see you account summery to change you password there let me know if it does not work.

    If you go to account.live.com and click on "can't access my account" under where you sign in then enter the windows live ID for the account you are trying to figure the password out for. Then click on an option to reset the password. You can have a link
    emailed to you, answer your secret question, or fill out a form that asks for info that is on your account and they will send you a an email to whichever email you want letting you know if you filled out the form correctly.

    Easy fix my man. Call in with the GT and the Email associated with it that you want to cancel the Subscription on. It wont matter if you cant access that email as long as you one know what the email even is and two if you know the password you created when
    you made the Xbox account. As long as you know these two things it will be easy to help you. If you don't know your password you will need to have the card being billed on hand when you call so they can use that to look up the subscription and cancel it.

    I wouldn't even bother do anything but calling in man. As you don't want to get billed again you don't want to waste time, especially because it is against policy to issue refunds for 1 month subscriptions. So if you wait to long and get charged again you
    wont be getting a refund for it. So if your goal is to turn off AR and stop getting charged...CALL TODAY.

    I need help, FAST.

    Odds are it's just a usb issue. Some drives are notorious for failure. Reformat the drive on your pc then configure it on the console again and redownload GTAV from your download history.

    To access the download history go to Settings>Accounts>Download History to find the game.
