i need help downloading any ea games

so, i have an xbox game pass subscription on my pc, but i cannot download any ea games from my xbox app every time i try to download ea games i get error code 0xa3e903e8, i have also tried logging in to my ea desktop app but i also always get error code 10005. so i tried to change my ea pasword account, but its still doesnt work. i also have tried doing this on another device, no difference. and just recently i relize that my ea account have been band for some reason, so i contact ea support, they said gonna email me, but i have waited the email for 1 weak, please help this problem have occured for more than 3 months, i also have asked on so many forums.

Hi there Arian welcome to the community forum! Christopher here, an Xbox fan just like you and has been on Xbox for years already. I would really love to make your day by helping you out. I used to have the same issue! I found the solution. I had to sign in via Xbox on EA's help site, create a new EA ID name, go into this new account's settings and unlink my Xbox connection.

Then, I could click install in the Xbox app and the link account screen came up and I was able to link my two correct accounts together. Restarted my computer and installs are working.

Obsessive Power

EA Play is now included for Game Pass ultimate. You'll need to download the EA Play App by following the instructions on the Xbox App on your PC.

PC EA games are not cross-save compatible, so you'll need to start from the beginning on any games you choose to download.

No you don't need EA access to play that game. All you need to do is go to the store and search for Rocket league. Buy and download it. If you have any other questions please let us know.

Download EA play. If you don't have an EA account make one then link it to your xbox account. Then download the games through EA Play. god, you havent read any of this thread. I have told people this multiple times. It is an EA problem not MS. All games of EA before EA play download fine but any new ones you have to do through EA play.
