    I need help contacting the xbox enforcement team, i got a friends account permanently banned


    Today me and my best friend got in a large argument so i decided it would be a good idea to go on their account, change all the information and than send myself a hate message. I reported all of it being the bad person i am and now they are stuck without
    a account that has all their and my progress on it. I regret these actions deeply and am willing to accept all consequences if it means fixing their account and loosing mine. Their gamer-tag is Bliissy and mine is , after speaking with support for
    hours they said i should contact the Xbox enforcement team to discuss more about this incident.     PLEASE, I NEED HELP!!

    Hey please help me, I have never begged for anything before.My Xbox account has been Permanently Suspended and I need to somehow get in contact with the Enforcement Team, I have already done a case review and that was before I found out why I got banned. Now that I know why I've been banned I would be the happiest person on the face of this planet if I can do another case review. Please Help this get out there to get my account back. I am not a rich person and certainly don't have any money on me, I have spent over 1000 dollars on my account and had it for over 5 years, and would love to at least get a second chance at doing a case review or getting in contact with the Enforcement Team.Good luck out there and do not get your account banned, it is seriously the worst thing ever to happen to a gamer, especially if you buy digital games and spend money on your account. I have been really messed up and had been getting no sleep cause of this. Last thing my GT is: ITz RAPID MoDz , Once again Thank you Guys/Girls and PLEASE!

    So I've had a few issues with messaging on xbox but a couple months ago my account got banned for apparently Ddossing but that is completely false. As I do not know how nor do I have the equipment to Ddoss. I talked to support and they said my best bet would be to try to find an xbox ambassador on here since the enforcement team permanently banned my account and completely ignored what I had to say. What they do not know is they gave me the main reason I got banned and its completely false. So if there is an ambassador on here. Please help.

    Unfortunately, there is nothing that the forums (or even Xbox Support) can do to reverse console bans, as the Xbox Enforcement team does not post here. Console bans (or
    device bans)     are the most serious of suspensions, as they are permanent.

    If you are confusing a console ban with an account
    suspension, you can possibly get help by contacting the Enforcement team by submitting a case review (if eligible). See here: http://enforcement.xbox.com

    I can't submit a case review as it says the cases 'Decision upheld' but nothing was mentioned about a permanent ban for me to appeal and now it's too late as i cant send a review because i am permanently banned? In desperate need of help, theres no other

    If you're console was banned then that's a significant issue.

    One, the enforcement teams don't use the forums.

    You can contact Xbox Support and see if they can see if your console is banned.

    NOTE: Xbox Support CANNOT help with any suspension. You can ask them to look at your account and they can see the dates of suspension and see if your console has been banned temporarily or permanently. Only the enforcement team can place or remove bans.
    It's not up to you what should or should not have happened based on what occurred when your friend used your account.

    There is no way to contact the enforcement team regarding console bans. If it's a temporary ban, you'll have to wait it out. If it's permanent, you would need to use another console.
