I need help canceling a subscription

I am trying to cancel my xbox live subscription on my xbox one but when I go to servicees & subscriptions I get a message saying "Try that again
Something happened on our end, and we can't show all the data at the moment. Waiting a bit might help." please help!!!

Hi there.

Some months ago, I added a Xbox Live 1 month subrsctiption. At this time I didn't know that I could only cancel this at the website.

Due to a mistake I made years ago, givng the wrong number as an account detail and having an old backup e-mail that I don't remember the password for, I'll have to wait 30 days for my e-mail to validate that it's me trying to access it.

Anyways. Getting a little side-tracked there. I want to stop the renewal of my Live Subscription. And ONLY the RENEWAL, not the Subscription. If any employee could help me with this, I'd be happy.

By the way, as you may have noticed, I'm not that good in english.

If you can't cancel via the website, you will need to contact phone support. They are the only ones who can turn off auto-renewal for you. 1-800-4my-xbox if you're in the US/Canada or

1. Go to https://account.microsoft.com/services

2. Sign in to your Microsoft account.

3. Navigate to the Xbox Live Subscription

4. Click "Manage".

5. Choose either "Cancel" or select "Change" below that to turn off auto-renew.

If it still doesn't work, you may need to contact Xbox Customer support directly to cancel your subscription and resolve any billing issues. They should be able to assist you in canceling the subscription and ensuring that you are not charged any further. You can find their customer support contact information at support.xbox.com/contact-us. It may also be worth checking with your bank or credit card company to ensure that you are not being charged for any additional subscriptions or services related to Xbox Game Pass.

I'm sorry for your issue.

Unfortunately, the only way to stop the subscription is by accessing your account. Even if the login address is correct, it seems the password is incorrect.

Honestly, I believe you have only two alternatives: either try contacting support again until you can establish contact, or block the charge on the payment method you have provided. When the charge fails after several attempts, the subscription will be terminated.
