    I need some support. So I was playing Xbox with my cousin and his friend when all of a sudden my cousins friend invites a friend and my cousin says oh no I don't want to be in a party with someone I don't know and me and my cousin were going to start a new
    party me and him and then I was so confused because everyone was talking so I left. Then in a couple of minutes later I come back and the kid was being mean about my cousins mom so I decided to report him and after that I get a call from my cousin as he is
    crying because the kid was told he was reported so he decides to report my cousin. The guys gamer tag is Bad2theBone153 If you can find some way to tell Microsoft over the phone so they will understand please do it and my cousins gamer tag is FLYBacondude1
    if you can message that everything is going to be ok then that will be great please help me and my cousin please

    I need help badly

    Hey There! Just to make you aware - You cannot pay off an oustanding balance by using a pre-paid xbox LIVE subscription card, it can only be resolved via a valid credit/debit card. You could try signing into www.billing.microsoft.com and see if you can
    assign a new card through that. If you are still having problem you can contact Xbox support and they would be able to assist you better. I need help badly :)

    Ok so my account got suspended for invalid payment and now I added a new payment option but everytime it says confirm purchase I hit that and then it goes back to the membership options screen every time!!! How do I get this to work??? Someone please help.

    Calling out other gamers is not allowed on the forums. As long as your cousin hasn't done anything to violate the code of conduct/terms of use he will be fine. Phone support doesn't handle enforcement issues.

    Please try the everything in the following order: delete your profile (profile only), clear system cache (3
    times)
    in a row
    , restart your console (important), download your profile again.

    Note: If you can't delete your profile, please turn off your console, remove the storage device, and then plug it back in and start the console.

    See if the above works for you.
