I need help ASAP please...

I purchased Garou Mark of the Wolves via Xbox 360 backwards compatibility today and I’m having a big issue. I can select and open the game but I can’t do anything in the game. No single player arcade mode, no local versus mode, hell, I can’t even open the
options for the game.

All I get is this notice that says:

x Guest

You do not have permission to perform this operation.

I don’t think it matters but I’m playing the game offline. That’d be weird if that was the reason I can’t play since I don’t plan on playing online.

iv tried going to the actual website and logging onto the parent email, i remembered the pass for the account on yahoo but my account was hacked on there, and i cant see the verification link that was sent. iv tried every possible option, and i updated my
account to an adult one, so i shouldnt be having this problem in the first place. and i cant give u my email, id have to be confirned ur a microsoft employee

and also when i turned 18 it asked me to change my account to a adult account. and now idk whats happening but if i cant play xbox on my account iv owned for over 4 years and has hundreds maybe even thousands of dollars spent on it, we will be having a problem

Cloud for backward-compatible games. You can not create data on an internal or external HDD, so the console must be "online".
