I Need Help. Account Has Been Hacked.

So I just picked up my Xbox 360 for the first time in a long time only to remember that some time ago, my main account was hacked. The account goes by the name of BlowMyGlowstick, Whenever I tried signing into Xbox Live with the correct email and password
or BlowMyGlowstick, it always downloaded some different account with a different name. I didnt have any of my games I bought or anything. So I assumed that I have been hacked. I tried calling Microsoft some time ago, they verified that BlowMyGlowstick was
made under the original email that I still had access to, but they still was not convinced that I was the owner. After two hours on the phone with support, they decided to close my case with no help to me. Now since I was curious about my account again, is
there any way I could try and get my account back? Please and thanks for any suggestions!
