    I need help accessing the email that my 3 month gold code was sent to.


    So I had enough reward points to get a 3 month Xbox live subscription and I got it because I was out and then it sent it to the email associated with my gamertag which is an @xboxlivefamily.com email, people have been telling me to check my inbox at login.live.com
    and it wont appear there. I don't know where to access an email like this.

    MS ripped me off, can anyone help me out?

    Hello, I bought xbox live gold a while ago, when there was a deal going, the deal was buy three months of gold and get a code sent by email, for another three months of xbox live gold. Seemed like a great deal so I purchased. Well, it said that the code would be sent by May 15, I purchased this in early January.
    Now the codes have not been sent, haven't heard anything from MS, feeling ripped off. Did this happen to anyone here? And I am very sure the deal was valid for me.

    Xbox Live Customer Service Nightmare

    You had better make sure that you have access to your email and/or your text messages if you want help from Xbox live. I tried to call them to get their help in a billing issue. They would not talk to me unless they had a customer code. I needed that billing issue sorted right then, as I really did not want an overdrawn bank account. I did not have access to my email and could not get the code! They refused to talk to me without it. I had to borrow a phone, and call my brother. He logged in to my email. I then had to relay the customer code from my brother to the agent. I like that they are secure, but the way they have it set up is sort of annoying. How do you feel about customer service?

    The 3-month code was meant to be sent out by Email is it in your inbox?
    I too have this same issue and was told to post here after contacting support.

    Promotion was buy 3 months of gold, get 3 months free. The 3 Free months were to be received within 10 days from purchase.

    Received a code via email the following day (with no indication of how many months of fold it was for.)

    Waited 10 days, no secondary code/redemption instructions received.

    Redeeming the initial code, only gives 3 months of gold, not the 6 that stated in the promotion.

    It has been well past the 10 days since purchase, and the free 3 months is no where to be seen.

    Before it's asked, spam and junk mail has been checked. Outside of the initial purchase email/code, nothing relating to the order or promotion has been received.

    Support seems unable to help beyond telling people with this issue to post here.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated.
