    I need help accessing my account


    I am trying to log into my old Microsoft account that I have linked with my old phone number and can't access that. I try to reset my password but it only sends a code to my old number and I have no other way of accessing it besides that I sent the recover account email in and I was told I don't have sufficient information to get into it.

    Sorry to hear it. Unfortunately, once a birth date has been set on the account you cannot remove or change it. The account must age naturally. Contact phone support and tell them you want the auto renewal turned off. If they cannot do it for you then
    have one of your parents hop on the phone for you.
