If the preview team could remove my acccount manualy i would be verry happy. Ive unenrolled my xbox and i have to much problems with the preview on my account. I get kicked off xbox live every 10 minutes and xbox support says its beqause im a preview member.
Even though i unenrolled.

I bought a game with gold and i paid full price

I just bought Battlefield1 because it was on the games with gold program (gold membership active) and xbox just took 59.78$CAD into my paypal account so i wanted to know if somebody just had the same issue and wath should i need to do to get my money back?

If you just opted out from the Xbox One Preview, it should take a few days for it to reverse on your console. Keep an eye out

You can unregister your console via the Insider app

I did but when I call Xbox support they tell me that my account is still in

preview program but my Xbox isn't so they said to unroll my account out of preview program

Ok, I apparently just solved my issue by unrolling of the preview program and doing a factory reset... looks like my problem was caused by software...
