I need friends to talk to who has xbox one ha!

Hello there, my name is and I am needing some friends to play on the xbox one with i also have the 360. But none of my friends play their xbone or most of them do not have one. It would be nice to have a laugh with people and play some fun
games together. The games that I do have are: Titanfall, Ryse, Deadrising 3. I have many more preordered my preorders are: Middle Earth Shadow of Mordor, Batman, Watchdogs, The Division, Destiny, The Evil within, Mad Max, Wolfenstein and Elder scrolls online.

Negative feedback

I'd like to ask someone from xbox live the reason behind a message I received today, the message says "due to negative feedback from the community, your reputation has fallen to needs work. try to be friendlier on xbox live, firstly who are the community
and secondly who I'm I supposed to be friendlier with because my setting on my xbox one are set to friends only, I can't talk or message anybody who isn't on my friends list, so please tell xbox live? who the community are and how did I offend them considering
I can't talk or message them and how can I be friendlier to people I won't even be able to talk too anyway even if I wanted too, any answers from the xbox live team would be appreciated.

Oh and if any of you know how to fix the microphone please tell me. All i hear is people through my tv and not the headset and i cant find it in settings because everything has been moved around and its annoying when i cant hear people talk to me if they
are saying my name so i sit there blank minded lol.
