I need friends for Xbox Fitness & workout routine recommendations

Thank you for your suggestion canTspelT. I will try that. I liked the Mossa Groove...but there's just one workout....that was a fun workout.

I've found the 10minute solutions that are free are really good to start out. I've used them and the great thing is you can do a couple if you are feeling good or just try one to get the feel for the movements if you are just getting back into it. I've
tried most of the 10minute solutions to give them a go and certainly could recommend them for a beginner just getting started.

Personally, I feel the Xbox fitness program is one of the things that really makes this system stand out from the other systems. I'm a single dad and rarely have any time to get out, so being able to have a workout routine while the kids sleep is great thing
for me.

I've established this routine that I'm currently going through: in a given week I game with friends Monday night, Tuesday night I do the Mossa Fight Workout 1, Wednesday night is Mossa Fight Workout 2, Thursday night is gaming with friends, Friday night
is Mossa Fight Workout 1, and both evenings on the weekend is the six-pack abs boot camp workout routine. I'm thinking next month I might purchase the Jillian Michaels 30 day workout system and see how that turns out.

I do have to say my favorite workout is the Mossa Fight Workout 1. I feel encouraged the most through that workout and it always pushes me harder each time I do the routine. Earlier this week I finally hit my goal of breaking the 100K FP mark in one session,
to which I really had to push myself at the end there to reach it. I doubted I would ever hit that again ... but I surpassed the 101K FP mark tonight! Whatever Mossa and the Xbox team is doing with these workouts, its working.

So if by any chance the Xbox team or the Mossa team is reading this, thank you for offering this on your system. I know a lot of people appreciate the work you put into the programs in Xbox Fitness, but I want to especially say how grateful I am to have
this available to me. And don't let the negativity of the so-called "gamer" lessen your effort or resolve into making the Xbox Fitness program the best it can be. I've been gaming with friends for a lot of years now, and as a "gamer", I totally understand
how the Xbox One can be a system for the hardcore gamer, AND, still be able to have a solid program like Xbox Fitness.

Xbox Fitness is the reason my wife and I purchased the XBoxOne. With very minor issues, we've not had any issues since Feb getting through an entire workout without the video freezing or stuttering. (I have 50mb Internet downloads, which I need for work).
In the last week, we haven't been able to complete a single workout and it's incredibly frustrating now that we are in a 'routine' of workouts. Tests on the 'advanced' internet connection show 45mb+ with < 50ms latency every time Fitness freezes. Can immediately
go into xbox video and stream HD w/out issues. It is certainly Fitness program itself. Turned off fast resume in settings, etc. Before this week I would of recommended xboxOne to anyone I knew just for the fitness programs. One more failed workout and
I'm going to use my XboxOne as decoration in the bottom of my fish tank.

I have a concern/question for you!

Is Beachbody going to come out with games such as Insanity, P90x3, T25, and etc. with the full version of the routines. I mean I find it only fair that their workouts are advertised on Xbox One that there would be Full Versions available to purchase to be
used with the Xbox One Kinect!

Many people are very disappointed that Xbox Fitness doesn't offer your full version workouts for free for the first year, 2014. But I totally understand from the advertisement standpoint. I am just concerned that many people bought the Xbox One for the Xbox
Fitness App, and there arn't any of their complete workouts available for the Xbox One Kinect.
