I need for my point be back. This one I have ALL of my emails, games, movies, shows, money, etc. I want my money back so I can side armed. Plus ALL I want is my username.

I can't express this enough that Iv. since around 2007 and I don't want to get more weapons but that seem to be scareful. I lost AL if my things and cant open anything, much-less touch it or use it. The movie industry needs to go back to its roots and craft movies for the art, not the money.

I had the same issue tonite buying a movie for my kids, 420 points were taken but the movie showed as expired in my movie list immediately after renting...can i get my points back please!?.

I'd be happy with microsoft points or even different movies but just telling me that i can't have the movies and I can't have my money back either is ridiculous. I feel like I am being robbed or scammed
