    I need enforcement help for a case review


    I am trying to file a case review but am not getting the questions or green arrow come up on a suspension that is for more than 24 hours.

    I received a communication ban on 23/05/16 for 14 days that was supposed to lift on 06/06/17 but this has not happened and I am still unable to send messages and use in game and party chat

    Please can you get in contact with me to resolve the issue

    I am banned from xbox live

    you'll need to go to
    enforcement     and file a case review. Forums and support cannot help with enforcement issues

    Unable to open case review

    Hi

    Just receive an email that I got suspended for 14 days

    I need to go on the enforcement website ( I'm ok with that part) for a case review

    I'm not eligible to case review because I have no enforcement application on me..... but I'm ban

    they ask me to answer 10 questions for free review.... but they send me on a France website

    Can anyone help me with this?
