    hello, i was talking to one of the specialists a month ago. Yes, a month ago!

    I dont remember the name of the person (sorry).

    It was about my account that got hacked.

    Everything went well and sounded promising.

    I really want my account back but i dont want to be annoying and send more support tickets.

    But the thing is he said in 2-3 days someone will make the transfer my old account to my new account.

    Then he will contact me on my mail. I didn't get a mail so i decided to contact a specialist again like 6 days after that (which is a pain in my opinion because it hard to get to the "contact specialist tab) but once i got there. They told me that the case was still open

    and it should take some more time because u they were busy. But nothing have happened for a month now.. Im still trying to get to the specialist tab. but i just can get there...

    Try to contact this way.

    Go to: https://support.xbox.com/en-US/contact-us/

    See the bottom left part of the page and make sure that the page has the correct region that you are in (ex: United States - English for USA)

    If not, click on it then select the correct region that you are in.

    Check and confirm that you are within the available time of support under Contact times.

    Click Contact us

    Select the drop-down menu options that will match your concern.

    On the page, see the provided support articles that may help you with your concern. Click See contact options if further assistance is needed.

    On the next page, select either Chat online or Request a call option then follow or enter the needed details.

    Hello Hugo, by your description you were in contact with a Microsoft support specialist.

    If that's the case you should have a service protocol number and as this is a public forum we can't transfer you to Xbox support.

    You must contact them via chat, say that you have a case in progress and present the protocol number.

    But the web chat support is open 24/7 it says but the only 3 options i get is community, virtual bot and "get help without contacting". And btw the call option doesn't work ;) tried it when it was open but it said error :)

    I have tried that, everytime i click contact then the only option is through the community first, after no community people can help me, i get the specialist tab. But now when i click the community tab my old chat with one of u guys from the community comes up. Which is accecpted and done.. So im stuck :)
