    I need big help with my minecraft


    About last year I made a Microsoft account for Minecraft bedrock ps4, shortly after it bugged and singed me out. Until now it hasn't been a problem, but now it is and I can't get my password back.

    The real question is How do I disconnect my Microsoft account from my psn account

    If you unlink the account you will lose all the content from that account and finally you won't be able to link a different on, you need to link the same account

    Please could you try the following delete your profile and then delete your cache and then redownload your profile.

    This should clear the problem lets us know back on here if it worked or not and if not we can look in the problem further.

    What browser you using, I had the same issues on IE but Chrome seems to be a lot better now. Good luck
