    I need assistance with Minecraft java,


    Long story short, a while ago malware was downloaded onto my computer and some of my emails associated with accounts were changed. Not the emails themselves, but the apps that they were associated with. Minecraft was one of those and the email was changed to some rambler.ru account. I never thought anything of it until recently because I was able to play on it even though the email was changed. and I was logged out of my account.

    Im not exactly sure where/what to ask on microsoft support since Minecraft support is unable to help anymore.
    If there is anywhere I can ask for help please let me know.

    Also, the gmail.com originally associated with the account still exists but no longer exists in the Microsoft database or whatever. "We couldn't find an account with that username. Try another, or get a new Microsoft account." The email itself isn't hacked, just my Minecraft Java account.

    Thank you for your response. In that case, contact Microsoft Xbox Support as they have the tools to check and escalate this on their end to recover your Microsoft account.

    1. Visit the Xbox Support website: https://support.xbox.com/en-US/contact-us/
    2. Click on the "Contact Us" button on the right of the screen.
    3. Select the issue you need help with and click on the "Next" option.
    4. Sign in to your Microsoft account.
    5. Follow the prompts to connect to a live chat agent.

    Sorry, I should've worded this better. My original email associated with the account is fine. But they changed the email associated with the Minecraft account.
