I need an Xbox Ambassador or Ranger to resolve my issue

My friend has bought a game from US region and sent it to me as a gift but unfortunately i can’t redeem the gift code and it keeps telling me (Contact the seller to get a code that works in your region / This code was purchased in a different region and
cannot be redeemed.) although i tried using the same US region, BTW I've tried all this throw the console but with no success

Xbox Ambassador Program problem Help

I have two problems:

1: I was accepted into the Xbox Live Ambassador program recently, but when I try to go to the forums, It says "It looks like you're not currently an ambassador". I need help to resolve this.

2. I accidentally deleted my "Xbox Ambassador Acceptance" Email, can i get it resent?

Xbox Ambassador Issues

I need to speak with an ambassador that can think for themselves and not just copy and paste like a computer bot. I've about had it with the Xbox name. Please private message me. I have been trying to resolve an issue with an ambassador and it's like I'm
talking to myself. It's quite infuriating.

 

Since it's a region issue, you would need a code for your specific region. With region locked games, your account region and your physical location have to match in order to download it. If you're not in the US, it won't work. There is no way around it.
