I need an expert in "license transfer"

If I buy a game with my account in a friend's console, my friend would be able to play it? even if i dont transfer my license to his xbox?

If yes, Can be possible to download my profile in ANOTHER friend's console, then transfer license, and he would be able to play it too?

then me and my 2 friends could have the same game and play without problems??

One can perform a License Transfer x number of times a year. 121 days would seem to indicate it's no longer every year or six months, but quarterly.

Call Support.
They will allow a transfer outside the regular waiting period for new consoles and repaired/replaced consoles.

 

If you were to buy a game on your friend's console, then the console license will be attached to his console so yes, he could have access to the game. A license transfer would not be needed because the game would have been purchased on that console.

If you download your profile on another console, you can play the game as long as you are signed into Live, but you would need to perform a license transfer in order to allow any other profiles to access the game. The license transfer would move all of your
content's licenses to that console (this would include the license for that one game as well as any other content you've downloaded on your own console). Meaning, you would need to be signed into Live in order to play the game on your original console and
on your first friend's console as well.

License transfers are only mean to be used to transfer your content licenses in the event that you get a new console. It is not meant as a way to share content like this. Doing so can be considered marketplace theft and get you and your friends banned.

 

I also borrowed my buddy's XboxLive profile to play some of his games and I was surprise to see I need to be ALWAYS connected on XBOX LIVE to play those games, and of course, If I'm in the middle of game and the connection goes off, that game 'magically'
transforms in demo. My internet connection is not the best, so it goes off from time to time, and so, playing a game in this way is...well, one can imagine.
