    I need an enforcement person to unsuspend me

    The enforcement team don't use the forums.

    An email would of been sent to the address linked to your account telling you why or you can check on the enforcement site
    here where you can also file for a case review if eligible.

    Filing a case review is the only way to contact the enforcement team.

    I don't think they have specific enforcement people on here anymore.

    You should have received an email about your suspension, which would have been sent to the email address associated with your gamertag.

    Also, you can sign in here and look at the details: -

    https://enforcement.xbox.com

    On that website you can see the reason for your suspension, as well as request a case review if the suspension is longer than 24 hours.

    How do I speak with a person in the enforcement department.

    He already submitted an appeal.

    However , I want justification to why he was suspended in the first place.

    I want the account unsuspended.

    Permanent Ban to my xbox account

    Only the enforcement team have the power to unsuspend someone. I have seen more than one post regarding the issue of the account not being unsuspended but unfortunately there is nothing that can be done on our behalf.
