    Dear Sir/Madam,

    I had a credit on my Telus account and someone used that credit to purchase microsoft product via boku. I have not no idea how the person got into my account and then did such a painful act to me. So, the transaction occurred on March 3, 2023 at 1:46 am MST. The total amount was $109. I contacted Telus about it and they contacted Microsoft but they reached out to me saying that Microsoft would like to deal with me directly. My phone number is [mod removed]. I will be glad if someone from your high office can reach out so we can get to the bottom of this matter. My email address is: [mod removed]
