Same here. The link in the FAQ sends you to a page that says "Group Not Found"....

dude this sucks cuz we cant even use are xboxs.i hope they can fix it with a patch and not with a flash drive.also i hope the wifi still works cuz i dont have a wired connection

The more you bump a thread the less likely it is a mod will see it and approve your access. A moderator will think the community is assisting you, and also they generally start with older threads and work their way forward. If you need access, I would HIGHLY
suggest just to let this thread sit until you're granted access. They usually get to posts in a day or so.

I need access to the xbox preview program forums for support because with the dashboard update my xbox console is just like a heavy brick. Nothing is working right video app like vudu, netflix, twc, party chats, download game force close, games don't lauch
just freeze. Please give a fix soon or just send me a update or message to remove the dashboard update from my gamertag link.
