Error code not found by customer support Preview Program memeber

My console is throwing an error code E200 000000EF 00000000 No one seems able to help me and I haven't had any help from the phone support. They told me there was a specific forum for the preview program members for support. But any forums I find are locked.
Or no longer exist.

I was forced to update at 1am on October 27th and now I am going to a green screen then to a system error:

E200 000000EF 00000000

It worked but now up till this day i just got a system error which this black screen in white letters saying that i need to contact xbox support

These were the system errors I was getting E200 000000EF 00000000 and E105 00000000 8007045D. My Xbox One X would freeze and it the loading screen for the Xbox One X chip video would be lagging and out of sync with audio and video. I would also get something
went wrong errors and syncing problems.
