I need a xbox one for repair? My cables,controller and power supply were sent! They ...

I am not believe Microsoft is doing this to me. A chat representative specifically told me sent everything in and an email asking the same. So I did.

Please help me, I don't what to do anymore. I'm really angry and scared. And lost my items.

Courier collected Xbox One console with accesories but returned without Accessories

The Courier collected ny Xbox One on 2 May and said he needed to take the Accesories with as well. He returned the Console today. But without any Accessories namely. Controller HDMI cable and Power Supply brick and cables

 

Newbie Needing Help Please

Got my neighbours Xbox One to look at as it wasn't turning on

1. tried power supply on other machine and no joy so sent it away for either repair or replacement

2. power supply arrived today and still doesn't power up Xbox One

3. plug the cable from plug into power supply get a solid orange light plug into xbox it goes off nothing

4 do the spike reset and plug the power cable into power supply then into xbox and then turn on the socket and low and behold NOTHING

5 what am I doing wrong please someone tell me ??????

I mean to say the Xbox that was sent for repair and was returned to me. I didn't receive anything but the xbox, I sent in the controller, cables and the power supply.

 

best thing to do would be to call directly I would imagine

 

I don't understand how they could do this to me. Its inexcusable, I wasted so much money. I'm a college student, I have to use my money sparingly.

Ashab I can understand your frustration. The forum is full of it. I recall seeing a post not long ago similar to your own. Perhaps you could search for it and see if a resolution was found. Maybe one of the Xbox Support officials could link it.

 

I just chatted with a representative, they told I should receive the items in a couple of days.

I really thought those items were lost for forever.

 

I'm still of sad, I wouldn't be playing the Halo 5 beta today.
