    I need a shipping label to send back my defective product. Called support, totally useless. It's like the people on the phones have no idea what xbox sells or offers. Totally useless overpaid morons at these call centres. They should have a call centre
    in NORTH AMERICA FOR NORTH AMERICANS NOT SOME SOUTH PACIFIC ASIAN WHO HAS ZERO CLUE.

    I want to return my xbox one s controller that came with my xbox. I created a returning label with my warranty, and when i try to get my shipping label all that pops up is this [] on a separate window. I contacted microsoft support over the phone and they
    said they would email me shipping label. It's been 2 days and I havn't been emailed my shipping label.

    How to return a defective disk?

    Shipping labels are what you need to send anything unless you plan on paying for the shipping

    shipping labels allow the company to give you the ability to return anything

    thats from the ms store however there is an more immediate solution contact the publisher and ask for a disk replacement under the 90day disk warranty

  5. The ONLY devices that get a shipping label to return even under warranty would be the Console, Power Brick (original xbox one), and Kinect.

    otherwise any accessory would be self shipping where you would be responsible for the shipping to the support center.

    They would then send you a replacement accessory they will not even try to repair the device.

    The accessories (anything other then the three things listed above) have a 90 day warranty. The three things above have a 1 year manufactures warranty.

    Hi Fentible,

    I’m going through the same thing right now with my controller. I’m 3 phone calls deep and keep getting a response from various agents stating, “ok let me try to resent a label but it could take 2-6, 24 and even 72 hours to get it via email.

    So frustrating I paid $180 for an Elite 2 controller and get scammer type service from a world known company.

    I plan to make more calls to Microsoft today but I’m sure it will end with a scripted response bc they know their systems are broken and won’t fess up to it.

    How did you get in touch with the agent that finally resolved your problems?

    No Shipping Label to return my XBox Elite controller under warranty.

    Each attempt to get a callback results in a new "Something went wrong at our end. We’re working on it" message. It then gives a "Try Again" prompt. When re-entering the contact number it detects my country, but throws another "Something went wrong at our end. We’re working on it" and "Try Again" cycle.

    I've tried with both my landline and mobile numbers - the same thing happens.
