    I need a return shipping address


    I have an RMA number for a broken Elite Controller but on my device screen it says I have the RMA number and the print the shipping label button is grayed out. I have 30 days to get the item back and I can't reach customer service by phone or chat due
    to COVID. What is the return shipping address?

    You would need to contact support directly to have them send you a shipping label. You can definitely still contact them. http://support.xbox.com/contact-us If you're not
    seeing the options to request a call back or chat with support, change your category/topic. Billing options will typically always have those available.

    There was not a chat option and after 3 times of requesting a call back, I gave up. I was told the three times, that I should expect a call back within 1 minute.

    If you still have the label it will have the tracking number so you can find where it is. You will want to contact the shipper and xbox support. You can reach xbox at 1800-4My-Xbox or 1-800-469-9269 and see if they have received it or if they can help with
    the package that was lost in transit.
