    I need a refund


    One of my games called Dead by daylight doesn't work anymore despite having the game years on end I have spoke to multiple support teams on both sides Xbox and dead by daylight support team no matter what I do or what destructions I followed it didn't work. I soon discovered after a couple of days of being on multiple support teams that the game works with the same account on steam this is when soon discovered this was an Xbox/Microsoft store issue something to do with my account not the hardware on my PC or my xbox. But anytime I get in a call they give me the troubleshooting tips for gaming instead of anything for my account I need a refund I am unable to play the game at all neither my PC or Xbox after having it for years I already applied for a refund a long time ago when I had a different issue but managed to fix it but this is an issue that won't be able fix on my end. And I don't want to be stuck with the error message "installation error" over over.

    There are no refunds on digital purchases as per the ToS, however if you reach out to MS Billing directly they may be able to assist with your unique case.
