I need a refund on the Season pass.

My baby brother bought the season passwith my mothers credit card. I need the season pass refunded ASAP. I already owned the first map pack but the liscense for the season pass and the second map pack can be taken away. Is there a number I call or something
I can do to get one. These are digital purchases but I know there's a way to refund them.

Purchased Fallout 4 season pass ,

I purchased Fallout 4 Season pass, redeemed the pass but it doesn't show up on my account. I contacted Chat help and got no resolution. I need a refund or a new code to load into my account.

 

Big issue with the division purchase.

I bought the division and season pass when it first launched I game share with my wife. Today we decided to give the new underground dlc a shot. Everything was fine on my Xbox but on my wife's it said I needed to purchase it. So I figured maybe there is
an issue with the season pass being shared so I purchased it. (so now that is 2 season passes.) Well now on my Xbox it is saying I need to purchase the dlc....what the heck is going on? If the original season pass was supposed to work on both xboxs I want
a refund for one of them. But now why with two season passes purchased is it telling me I need to purchase again. And no if I go the store it doesn't say install. Please help.

 

Fraid not...the digital content states usually no refunds.

 

Xbox Live can't refund digital items when brought,

It's in the digital terms legal stuff,

Xbox Support Teams can't let you refund as well im afraid!

 

I think the only way you will have any luck, is disputing the charge with the bank, but honestly you probably won't even get anywhere there.

 

You are entitled to onerefund no questions asked every 12 months. Call support.

 

I'm pretty sure it says no refunds when you go to buy it,
