    My baby brother bought the game and premium and a 90 day server I have no use for with my mothers credit card. The game is fine but I need premium refunded ASAP. Is there a number I call or something?

    Battlefield 3 premium

    I bought this on the marketplace. The premium expansion packs. I cannot acces them in game so I think I need a code or a refund.

    No refunds period. That's there policy unfortunately, but to avoid these types of issues, you should create a password for any CC charges....... If you wanna try to get a refund, you need to contact Electronic Arts (EA)

    Sadly no refund will happen. also they will say you are responsible for any charges made using your account

    No refunds period. That's there policy unfortunately, but to avoid these types of issues, you should create a password for any CC charges....... If you wanna try to get a refund, you need to contact Electronic Arts (EA)

    As I said I believe the problem is happening due to this premium pack, as this would duplicate its items in your account, so I believe you will need to ask for a refund for the code.
