    Buy the game Human Fall Flat thinking that it would be multiplayer online, but it was not like that. I am dissatisfied with the game for not having this feature and would like a refund of the game to repair my error. No problem
    if I get reimbursed the money putting it in the Xbox account or if I change it for a game, the Ultimate Chicken Horse interests me a lot

    Xbox LIve and Free-To-Play Games

    I am not sure exactly what you meant, but the subscription is for online multiplayer games. In Play Station, you would need a similar PS+ service for online multiplayer. The only way to play free online multiplayer is to play it on a PC.

    To request a refund go here xbox.com/refund. As for Game Pass. If you purchased Xbox Game Pass, then you would still need Game Pass Core or Xbox Game Pass Ultimate to play the game online, being as it is a multiplayer game.
