    i need help. my friend made my acc back in the day but he stopped being friends with me, now hes given my acc info to his friends got me communication banned and changed all my stuff up i need to know how i can change the contact email please

    I accidentally purchased the Season Ticket for FiFa 15 twice and only need ONE....

    I need to contact Billing Support ASAP but the chat window isn't working and can't find the support email...

    You can try contacting support and have them start an unauthorized access investigation, but depending on how your friend set it up, it may not show you as the original owner so you may not be able to get it back. 1-800-4my-xbox if you're in the US/Canada
    or Contact Us | Xbox Support

    Also, lending, sharing, giving, etc. of accounts is a violation of the code of conduct. So he has put it at risk for being banned as well.
