Discus and support I need a lot of help. Hoping someone can direct me in XBoX Accessibility to solve the problem; So I got locked out of my account. It needs me to verify.     So I got locked out of my account. It needs me to verify. Should be no problem but have no access to the recovery email. Been denied over 50 times to recover my account. I’m still being charged my Xbox game pass every month. I can’t cancel it or talk to anyone because that requires signing in

    Hello, and welcome to the Xbox Community! I'd be happy to help you today.

    The main issue here is the lack of access to the recovery email, and the second problem is the monthly charge.

    As for the recovery, I know you've tried many times but I mean, my best suggestion, because there's no other, is to keep using the recovery form.

    While you’re in the process of recovering your account, something you can only do with the recovery form, as there’s no other way, I suggest contacting your bank. You can either ask them to block charges from Microsoft or to change your card. We don’t know when you’ll regain access to your account, so it’s best to stop those charges as soon as possible.

    First question I don't know 2nd question if your playing in connected careers which is franchise mode you can't make conventional play calling default which needs to be changed in an update hopefully

    It all depends on which product you want to refund since according to Microsoft/Xbox policies a subscription can be refunded within 30 days, meanwhile a game can only be refunded within 14 days and also not having accumulated significant hours of play.
