I need a little help!!

None of my digital content will launch on my x1 but all my disc games play fine I was told to do a factory reset but I was wondering will I lose all my saves or are they stored in the cloud thanks in advance for the help

It still happens though Ethernet.

 

You won't lose saves as they are synced to the cloud, but before you do a reset, what issue are you having? you might not have to do a factory reset

 

Hold down the off button in the console till it turns off then turn back on. Happens from time to time with some of my games.

 

Or just take the power out for 30 seconds, that may fix it.

 

Since the update none of my digital games are playing when I hit a to launch the game it goes right back to the home screen I even downloaded a couple demos and they do the same thing I've tried holding down the power and uninstalling the games but I have
the same problem all the games I have on disc play fine this has been going on since the update

 

Sounds like a licensing issue.

 

You don't need a license for a demo

 

I never stated that one did.

 

I've been on the phone with the tech dept they suggested I do a factory reset all my apps work it just the games that want play

Sorry i cant help the hard reset usually fixes this issue when i have it.
