I need a help for my Gold memberships

I bought a xbox live gold memberships(12months) by my credit card, and I found a problem: I have two xbox live gold memberships in my account, one expires in a year, and the other one expires in a month, so althrough I have 12months live gold, I have to
pay another live gold every month and I can't find a method to cancel it, please tell me how to sovle this problem? thanks in advance.(can I get my money back?)

gold games but no gold games

hi , I have a problem, I pay for "gold membership" and I'm able to download them , now all of a sudden I'm not able. I have 2 memberships with

Microsoft ,

1. GOLD

2. GAMEPASS

I went to download BF1 to day and its telling me I need to buy the game. I looked at my memberships and only the GAMEPASS is showing up ,

I have already paid my GOLD subscription , I still have gold as I'm able to play all my games online .

any help would be much appreciated.

It might be best to check if auto renewal is disabled support.xbox.com/my-account/xbox-live-membership/cancel-xbox-live-gold-subscription

If you are unable to cancel it with the steps on the supportpage it might be best to contact Xbox Live support by phone or Microsoft Support by chat (

when I try going to play GTA online, it says I need a Gold membership...

when I try going to someone`s party , it says I need a Gold membership...

Hi there,

For Games for gold, you will need a paid Gold membership. Trial memberships do not count.

For the Xbox One games, you will need an active gold membership to play them.

So this isn't really to the console but I have no xbox live gold on my account, it ran out, so I bought a 12 Month Gold membership and all it says is I already have a gold membership which makes no sense because it won't let me play online and my gold did
