I need a new code for halo wars as the code you have sent me has already been redeemed.... i have spoken to microsoft employee they told me to ask yiu for it as well.

Gears of War 3 Code for GoW: Ultimate not working......

I received my codes from microsoft today for download codes for the Xbox360 versions of Gears of war. They all worked except the code for Gears of war 3. I attempted to do a live chat but was directed here. I just need another code for GoW 3 as someone
else has already redeemed the code i was sent. I have not redeemed it. It's confirmed by the guy on the chat that ANOTHER account has redeemed teh code i was sent. I'm certain i was sent a wrong code.

Halo Wars: DE

Hello,

I purchased the Halo Wars 2 Ultimate Edition bundle on Feb, 7th and received my code for Halo Wars: DE via the xbox app on windows 10.

I used the "redeem now" button below the message, and it indicated that the code was redeemed.

I am unable to find where to download the bundled Halo Wars: DE game, the store page, hub and Halo app all say I do not own the game. Before redeeming the code sent to me those locations said I owned it, but did not have a download option.

Trying to redeem the code again, the app says the code is already redeemed.

Sorry to hear about the issue. Is there anyone on your Xbox Live friends list that could have had access to your account or your Xbox One console that could have redeemed the code you were sent? Once a code is redeemed after it has already been sent, unfortunately
we are unable to replace the code. Due to the code being redeemed, we are unable to further assist.

That screenshot indicates that you already own the game. Codes were only sent out during the pre-order period for Halo Wars 2: Ultimate Edition. Now, all digital purchases for Halo Wars 2: Ultimate Edition include the digital version of Halo Wars: Definitive
Edition. If the game is showing up in your library already, there is no need for a code.

Are you able to try downloading the game through the Halo app on the Windows Store? Within the Halo app, select the controller icon and see if it allows you to download the game through that menu.

Yes that screenshot indicates that I own the XBox One version, but not the PC version. As you see, there are two versions of Halo Wars 2. One for PC and one for XBox.

I bought the Ultimate Edition and I should have everything on PC and XBox, but I did not receive a Halo Wars Definitive Edition for PC. It's not in my store library. I do not own an XBox One.

The Halo App is only offering me to buy Halo Wars 1.

If browse the Windows Store to Halo Wars 2 Ultimate Edition it says that I own this product. It lists Halo Wars Definitive Edition as belonging to this package. If I click that, it offers me to buy Halo Wars Definitive Edition.

Clearly, that can't be right and something went wrong with the activation. Can you fix this?

Hey there,

Codes for Halo Wars: Definitive Edition are no longer sent out for purchases of Halo Wars 2: Ultimate Edition. Now, anyone that purchases Halo Wars 2: Ultimate Edition digitally will automatically receive the game digitally. Try checking your Windows Store
library (or your 'Ready to install' list on Xbox One) to see if the game shows up there! Be sure that you are signed into the account that originally redeemed the code, as well.

To find your library on the Windows Store, click your profile picture in the upper left corner of the screen within the Windows Store. Keep us posted!

I can see Halo Wars DE in my Windows Store library, however trying to install it gives an error once it tries to acquire a license (error code is 0x803F8001). I have already had a lengthy chat session with support over that error, and they said the error
was due to my not having a license for Halo Wars DE, and that I had to come here to get the code for Halo Wars DE sent to me.
