    Thank you for posting on Xbox Forums. Just to clarify, have you tried clearing the cache and cookies on your current browser or a different browser or device when going through the Contact Us page on the website? If not, I would suggest doing so to try
    and request a call back. If you need the link again here it is to
    Contact Xbox Support    .

    Try this:

    • Log into Support.Xbox.com
    • Scroll down, Click on Contact Us
    • Step 1: Click on Ask a Question
    • Step 2 : Select your Product
    • Step 3 : Select your Issue
      • Select – Call me back
