I NEED A BAN LIFTED ON MY PARENTS ACCOUNT

My account (this one) became restricted on buying content when I moved from Xbox 360 to Xbox One a couple of days ago. For these settings to change I need to access my parent account (which is permanently banned) and I need the ban to be lifted to change
my settings on my main account, If not I won't ever be able to buy in-game content again on my main account.

I have a communication ban on my account that I want lifted the message sent was sent by my little brother and I wasn’t aware of it I have never had a suspension and don’t cause any problems so that’s why I want the ban lifted today

I live in the UK, Well I am *** then because my main account has been restricted and the ONLY way to change the settings is through that account.

I really do hope that official support can help you out with your account, please update us from you get off the phone.

That word can be considered swearing but I'm not gonna argue with you. I am here to help you.

I doubt phone support nor chat support might be able to help you on that one. Your best bet would be trying the case review for your parents account.

Another thing. Unless your account reached maturity and turns into an adult account. Then you won't need the parent account to change your privacy settings.
