I need 2 accounts to play my games.

1 of the accounts is my account, but it's marked as a child account so I cannot buy games without my parents permission and I cannot get a subscription, my parents also don't want my account to be taken off as a child account for some reason so I am forced to use my brother's account to subscribe to gamepass, Xbox live gold and to buy games, but the thing is that I have an xbox series x and my brother has an xbox one, I can play my games on the xbox one without a problem using the gamepass from his account, but on my Series x I have to have his account constantly signed in to play my games that I baught on his account and to use gamepass, otherwise my xbox will say "do you own this game or app" or "would you like to sign up for a gamepass subscription". I can play games just fine when my brother's account is signed in, but when my brother is playing on the xbox one, it signs his account out of my xbox and I can't play my games or play online. This problem gets really annoying if I want to play gamepass titles or the games that I have baught on his account and I'm looking for a way where I don't need to sign into his account on my xbox series x to play my own games or to use gamepass. It works on the xbox one but idk why it doesn't work on the series x.

You can access the games on your brother's console without needing his account because he has the console set as his Home console. In order to use your console without needing to sign into his account, he would need to set your console as his Home. https://support.xbox.com/en-US/help/hardware-network/console/my-home-xbox

Because the game I'm hosting a dedicated server to play the game with my friends and to do that I need 2 different accounts with the game on so that one is the host and one I use for playing

You can play the same game in 2 consoles with the same account without purchasing 2 times but you can't do it at the same time with the same account, you will need a second account

Same here i made a 2nd account because im trying to recover my main account that i didnt access for 2 years. I was able to play my games with no problem until 2 days ago its telling me that i need to log in or buy the game in which i have the games installed.

Thanks, I submitted this idea under my handle name. I hate the fact that in order to play the games, I'd need my account signed in. I missed the good ole' days of GameCube/Playstation 2 where you can play games without the need for the internet connections.
