Unfortunately, customer support cannot offer additional Home Xbox switches.

If your console shows you’ve made five home Xbox switches for the year, you might be able to get 1 extra switch by completing a survey.

Go to Settings > General > Personalization > My home Xbox > Learn more, if you see an option that says "Need one more?", click on it and follow the steps provided.

I'm afraid that is the only way in which you could get 1 additional switch. If the "Need one more?" option is not there, that would mean that sadly, you are not eligible for it.

How can I get an extra game share survey I am out of games is there a way I can get an extra one.

Unless you are using it in a way that is wasnt meant for, there should really be no reason why you need more than 5 switches (+ the 1 extra switch from the survey) per year.

to designate an Xbox One console as your home Xbox :

Customer support cannot offer additional switches. If your console shows you’ve made five home Xbox switches for the year and you need assistance, select
Help. when you see the message,
Can’t make this your home Xbox. You may be eligible to receive an exception.

Attempt to fill out the survey provided and you should receive additional switches. If there is no survey, then you need to wait 12 months from the date you last reset your home.

Hi Geordie,

The Home Console went through some changes since the last update. Once you use up your 5 switches you can fill out a survey on Xbox Assist that will give you one more switch until the year's time is up so that you can switch it again. Support teams no longer
have the ability to do anything about Home Console switches.

Open up the Xbox Assist app programmed on your Xbox and you should see that you no longer have any switches remaining and it should start the process to fill out that survey so you can get one more switch.
