when i went to my friends house i got on him phone to help people with a problem they had and i for got to log out i need help all i want to do is help he must have said something and my profile was hacked because its a girl now and i have green stuff on
her how do i take that off

bah this is why i choose the route of not being an ambassador. i've been banned from the forums before, so i think that might mean that i would not be a suitable ambassador. i'll leave the being nice to new people to the rest of you.

Not quite sure what actually happened here. Are you saying your friend changed something on your account? Accounts are hacked either by sharing your information with other people (ie friends etc) or you have no additional security proofs on your account.
Once someone gains access to your email on the account they can pretty much change your password. In either case they will most likely ban the account for good as these modifications will not be cleared.

If you are 100% sure that you lost control of your account then you will need to contact support and open an unauthorized access claim.

I would advise to just create a new avatar... the green stuff as far as I can tell its just a type of make up that you can select when in the avatar editor.

Regarding the Ambassador program, it doesnt show the Ambassador laurels on your gamercard.

There must be some kind of error with the site as I have been removed from Ambassadors as well. I have never been suspended or banned from my account in the 9-10 years I have had it.
