I moved a game to another folder on accident, how can i get the game to work again?

I play foza on pc. I was making a new folder for my games and moved Forza into it on accident. I have Forza through the game pass and moved it in with some of my steam games. I moved the game back to where it was originally, but the game still isn't showing up in my library. is there a way to fix this? i cant even uninstall it because it doesn't even recognize that i own the game.

2. Have you tried restarting the computer?
   
3. Are you login as an admin on your PC?

taking ownership of the folder can actually break the encryption and make the game not work, the folder is locked for a reason. if you want to move the game to another drive, that new drive has to be formatted to ntfs, then use the programs and apps in settings to move the game.

you can select any drive as a place to install but it will create the three folders and add certain system files to that drive, it will also make the folders it creates as system folders so you will not be able to access them, i currently have all my gamepass
games on a 4tb hdd, my windows install is on an ssd.

gamepass games can be moved to another drive but that drive will also then contain the three folders. it is a bad implementation and i would rather have something like how all the other work, where i can just copy the folder and shoft it over to another
drive if i please.

I dont think you will get a refund if the game works .. How can you buy a game by accident?
