I might have reason why NBA 2k15 digital download won't start

Okay so I NBA 2k15 was able to be bought and pre downloaded on xbox one. Now we had the option of either the NBA 2k15 pre order bundle or the regular NBA 2k15. Now if anyone noticed you don't see the pre order bundle edition on the marketplace. Now my download
is at 70% but I can't play because xbox said I don't own in, but xbox support told me I do own the license. So I'm guessing they removed the bundle (which most people downloaded) so now when we click to play game it will deny us because we never bought the
regular edition but the pre order bundle. So hopefully someone reads this and understands

On Xbox 1 it says for some reason NBA 2k15 has taken too long to start

Having the same issue and only Nba2k15 removed from the store the preorder bundle edition, at midnight and 5 minutes of the 10th day of October, the game worked with the digital version in the store. All games purchased in digital edition work online and
offline

 

We'll I bought the game today and when I try to download it one min later it says I can't download it

 

I got the same problem try to live chat with xbox
