I Met November's Game Pass "Goals" Reward Criteria, But Never Received Any Reward!

i have a issue with the game pass "goals".. i didn't receive anything, despite having met the criteria in november, for the "reward valued at $5". i had the 14 day trial at the beginning of november and completed the goal(s) even before my trial ended. then
after my trial ended, there was a week where i didn't have the game pass service, but then got the service again half-way through november.. i'm not sure if that lapse in time was the reason i didn't get any sort of "reward" or anything like that...

i checked the "messages from xbox" area on my xbox, and i had received a message on november 7th saying "here's a $5 code on us, to kick off your holiday shopping for that perfect gift.". then on november 16th, i got a message saying "warframe's biggest
expansion ever is here and to celebrate we're giving you a code for a few in-game items..". but there was nothing there that was related to the game pass goals reward...

If I meet all of the criteria for a reward from the Xbox Game Pass "goals", but my Game Pass subscription runs out half way through the month and i don't renew it- what happens? Will i still receive the reward? Or are you only eligible if you have a current
subscription at the time that the month ends (despite already having met the criteria for that month's reward, while you had an active subscription)?

I wasn't sure what "Type" of post to select, so i made one selecting "Support"- hoping that would probably get an answer from Microsoft, but I also made the same post with the "Type" selected as "Discussion", wondering if anyone
at all knows the answer... I have seen A LOT of people asking what's up with their Game Pass reward from 1 or 2 months ago, and I'm also having that issue. I made a post about that as well.. I never received my reward for completing the "goals" for the month
of November. I was told that it could be as 30 days from the end of the month I completed the Game Pass "goals" for. I have seen many other people who have had to wait a lot longer than that though!

 

Prizes from quests are given within the following month. If you don't receive anything by the end of December, you'll want to post in the sales and promotions forum for assistance.
