Ive bought the Zombie Chronicles for Black Ops 3 under the assumption that it was a standalone package but I need Black Ops 3 to play it....     I messed up


    Please help!! Ive bought the Zombie Chronicles for Black Ops 3 under the assumption that it was a standalone package but I need Black Ops 3 to play it. I also bought it as a gift for my friend "BellaFlame1983". Unfortunatley Black Ops 3 -Standard Edition- is unavailable in the Xbox store and as I have Xbox Series S I cannot even purchase the disc as I have no disc drive. Is there any way I can be refunded? Or is there a way for me to purchase Black Ops 3 + Zombie Chronicles for £31.99 and be refunded for the Zombie Chronicles game. I fully understand this is my fault but it would be great customer service if you could help me. My friend has an Xbox One so she can buy a hard copy of the game if need be but I'm stuck with a game that it is impossible for me to play I messed up :( pleeease can you help?

    Thank you, this was only a one time offense, i have no reputation strikes and haven't got any word on enforcement action being taken beyond not earning search points, i have been thinking my account would be terminated!

    I'll consider this a learning experience...

    Have you gotten any sort of enforcement email or notification? Otherwise you should be fine! Worst case scenario you could always dispute it and explain your situation, if you have a clean record which you should, they should cut you some slack!
