I meet some problem with my AOE3 and ESO Account

Hello, thanks for helping me.

First, I bought it on Steam in Jun 20, 2015

Second, I had installed all of the AOE3 and ran the game successfully and I want to register the ESO User Account.

I couldn't register a new ESO Account.

I thought I had been registered before and needed to find back my username.

I found my Age3 CD-Key on Steam, but I just can't find the Product ID in the game (Help and Tools -> About)

It was totally empty !!!!!!

How can I solve this problem.

Hi, the product key seem to be visible only through help and tools>about.

You can try the CD key from steam, because, as far as i know, it should be the same.

Unfortunately it is a very old (even if very very funny and solid, and people such as me still play it) and some problems will never be fixed

Its with Steam that i have the issue when trying sign into the AoE eso server, sorry for the late reply been out of town for awhile. If you could point me to the correct forum that would be a huge help!

Aha! Thanks for clarifying for me. Are you able to provide me with screenshots of what you're seeing when you try to log in? I want to be doubly sure that I'm getting you to the right place, or if we need to help here, before pointing fingers at others.
