    hello my name is Jordan I have had this account since around 2013 and have recently been permanently banned over a chat message I haven't been banned since 2018 so I don't see the point in this I was never even warned about a permaban just an email saying I've been banned I don't know why this has happened I would like some help please sincerely -Jordan

    hi Jamie, i was also recently perma banned for a chat message to a friend and he thought it would be funny to report it and now im permanently banned I was just wondering when you think microsoft can fix this issue because I would not like to loose my xbox account that i have had for 5+ years.

    It is showing everybody is permanently banned. If you call support they will tell you the actual suspension length.

    Your warning is the ToU/CoC you agreed to when starting your account.

    That being said,the whole enforcement system is having issues at the moment so the chances are you are not permanently banned.

    Normally you can check any enforcement actions you have on the enforcement site HERE but due to the issues they're having it isn't working properly at the moment.All you can do is keep checking & hope it's fixed soon.

    There's nothing anyone on the forums or at support can do.

    Check the following:

    Go to
    https://commerce.microsoft.com
    and sign in with your account.

    Do you see your purchased games there?

    If not, then you haven't been hacked, you just accidentally used a different Microsoft Account email to sign in, which created a completely new account.

    Since the Commerce website has tax relevant information for you and Microsoft, you can be sure that the page is not missing anything, otherwise the federal tax bureaus would be all over the place.

    If your purchased games don't show up there, you signed in with the wrong account.

    You need to find out what (other) email you used before for your account.
