Discus and support I make a mistake changing my region, can i undo this? in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; i was changing my region from usa to mexico and i click in another country, my question is can i correct this or i have to wait 3 months to change it...     i was changing my region from usa to mexico and i click in another country, my question is can i correct this or i have to wait 3 months to change it again?

    Trouble with Region Migration

    Hi, I want to report a problem I am having changing my region on Xbox Live. 4 months ago I mistakenly changed my Xbox Live account from the brazilian to the US region, but I can't seem to undo this now. Not sure why this is happening so I wanted to know
    if someone can help me understand how to solve this situation. Thank you.

    XBOX 360 Region change - Gold lost

    Hello Support-Team,

    I've changed the Region for my XBOX 360 Account from Germany to US. Now my Gold-Subscription until November 2017 is gone. What is the Problem? Can you undo the Regionchange? I've done this cause i thought i can Play my New Game on XBOX One. I've bought Crackdown
    as Retailversion but it doesn't start. Now i know that the game is not supported by Backwardscompatibility. Can you help me undo the Regionchange? It was a mistake and i don't want to loose my Gold-Subscription.

    You would normally have to wait the three months to change back, but speak with Phone Support as they would be the only ones who can potentially help in this scenario:

    Sorry, if you were banned, it's permanent. Your only option is to create a new account and to learn from your mistake.

    Sorry, there are no second chances when you mod. Your account will not be unbanned and you'll have to create a new account if you want to stay on the Live system. When your account is banned, all monies and/or games purchased on the account are revoked and
    cannot be restored.
