Discus and support I made purchases in august and I have gotten money back yet from August in XBoX Rewards & Social to solve the problem; I'm wondering if something is wrong?     I made purchases in august and I have gotten money back yet from August


    I'm wondering if something is wrong? Because I'm still waiting for my monthly rebate from MyVIP.

    No Credit For Purchases

    No credit for any purchases in August. I haven't been seeing any pending points in my account lately. I purchased numerous items back in August such as season passes for Injustice 2, Tekken 7, and various other items, yet I'm seeing nothing in my rewards.

    Gears of War 3 and Judgment codes missing

    Hi I have yet to receive my codes for these two games, I have gotten the codes for gears 1 and two, so i am eligible to get the other codes I purchased the game back in August 2015 and played in on November 2015

    Rebates are calculated after the end of the month and given by the 15th of the next month. So it's still too soon to see credits pending for August purchases.

    From our FAQ:

    When will my MyVIP Rewards Credits be deposited into my Microsoft account?

    The total Rewards earned will be calculated at the end of each month. Typically you'll receive your MyVIP earnings in your account by the 15th of the following month, though this is subject to the program's current deposit
    terms. Be sure to keep an eye on MyStatement on the
    MyRewards page to track your progress and watch your Rewards Credits total grow!

    We have not yet calculated last month's MyVIP, so it is too early to see the Credits pending.

    The purchase was made monday August 17 I request the refund the same day which was August 17 and today is Wednesday august 19 it have not been more then 14 or 5 days. I didnt consent the purchase. Can y'all please refund me my money back please this
    is a very hard time in the world for everyone I'm not working due to covid 19 I really need my money back

    August 8th- Unauthorized Access Opened

    August 29th- Problem with alternate email, investigation had to restart

    November 2nd- Account returned, no money refunded.
